This amazing property was built in the 1960's and gets its name from the distinctive 'pod' shapes used in its construction.

The House was recently remodeled and still retains much of its original 'Playboy' feel. Two of the Pods have the original ceilings in place which have to be seen to be believed and the house has many touches that have allowed its original character to shine through but bring it to a level of comfort and luxury that would make anyone feel like a rock star.

A vast 3000 sq ft multi level home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 people. Central to the landscaped grounds is the stunning swimming pool with lots of space around it to party or just lay out and relax.

SLEEPS 12

• The Lower Pod has 2 Bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a jetted tub and twin sinks. The First bedroom has Queen bed and a door to the Bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. A large living room has a sleeper sofa and Flatscreen TV with Satellite. The Lower Pod has a Large fully stocked 'on stage' Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, a breakfast bar with 8 chairs and a dining table to seat 4.
• The Guest Pod has great views of the pool below and is an Efficiency that has 2 oversized chairs which fold out to be twin beds. There is a walk in tiled shower and an enclosed toilet. There is a Tv with satellite, college fridge, Microwave and Coffee Pot and a 'Bistro' Table and chairs to seat 2.
• The Upper Pod is the most stunning of them all with its striking Decor. It has One bedroom with a Queen bed and a a Sunken Marble Tub in a Mirrored Bathroom. The Large Fully stocked Kitchen has Stainless Appliances, Chef's Pantry, and a bar area with 4 chairs. Large Living room with a sectional couch to watch the Flat Screen Tv and Satellite.
• The Lagoon Swimming Pool with its swim under bridge and spiral staircase has to be one of the main reasons to stay at The Pod House. The depth ranges from 8 inches to 8ft. Lots of Poolside space to lay out in the sun and shade for when you don't want to.
• The Private Grounds have picnic areas and Sun decks at various Levels with lots of space to entertain Guests.
• The Poolside Kitchen with fridge means you don't have to walk far for that cold beer.

THE POD HOUSE IS A UNIQUE PROPERTY AND HAS LOTS OF STAIRS AND HIGH AREAS. GUESTS WITH VERY YOUNG CHILDREN OR THE ELDERLY SHOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS.
